Holiday Rush

It's been amazingly crazy here at the store!  I have not been able to update the blog this week like usual, but I did want to take the time to thank everyone that has supported our store this holiday season!

A special thanks goes out to all our Baby DJ supporters as well, we were able to take a car full of toys to the the toy warehouse.  And it was amazing... all the voulunteers they had and all the happy faces that greeted us on the way in. 



I hope everyone got all their holiday shopping done and I wish everyone holidays full of joy and loved ones.

A Tradition In The Making...

You know those ugly sweater parties or the ornament exchange each year?  They are definitely fun and the ornaments are adorable!  But what if we could start a tradition that can last all year long?  Did somebody say PANDORA?!  It's by far my personal favorite, I'm really hooked!

Smells Like Christmas!

Don't you love waking up in the morning and smelling a fresh pot of coffee?  Smells, can at times, trigger our memories and there's nothing like the holidays to take us down memory lane.  I always remember picking out the Christmas tree and smelling the fresh pine and let's not forget the cookies in the oven that cover the whole house.  YUM!

I wanted to capture the holiday spirit in my home... so I got a Lampe Berger Lamp.  Lampe Berger Lamps work as a diffuser to deodorise and add fragrance to your house.  I love it!  And apparently my husband does too (every time I walk in the house it is lovely).  You can't even tell there's a new puppy in the house.

Fang-atic!

Fang-atic?!  Have you heard the word?  If you haven't, I think I just invented it... seriously, I am a Twilight fang-atic (fanatic)!  I have read each book at least five times.  It's so bad that whenever my husband would come to bed and see me with my little black book (more like huge book, but you get the picture, right?) he would promise me, "the next time I see you reading that book, I'm going to burn them all" (a little over-dramatic if you ask me).  He hasn't succeeded!  Now I read them of my wonderful iPad so now he has no idea that I am still reading them, again and again, so my books are safe.

I'm sure many of you have heard Breaking Dawn (Part 1) is coming to theaters this Friday and just like you, I am thrilled!  And Brighton makes me even happier...
